建立了微量对硝基酚戊酸酯法测定小鼠皮肤匀浆脂族酯酶活力。结果表明，此方法灵敏、简便、快速，明显地提高了工作效率。
A micro-p-nitrophenolacetate method was developed to measure the lipid esterase activity in mouse skin homogenates. The results show that this method is sensitive, simple and fast, and obviously improves work efficiency.
