编辑同志:不少单位在组织基干民兵参加训练和执行应急任务时,实行了着装统一,佩带了专门标志,体现民兵严整的军容、威武的英姿。但从目前民兵统一服装及佩带标志的现状看,各地比较混乱,不仅服装式样、颜色不尽统一,而且佩带臂章、肩章五花八门。为此,我们建议上级有关部门设计出统一的民兵标志,统一进行制作,通过省军区、军分区价拨到基层人武部,并相应规定佩带民兵标志的场合,以有利加强民兵的正规化建设。 Editing Comrades: When organizing and organizing their basic militiamen to participate in the training and implementation of emergency tasks, many units have implemented uniforms and worn special signs, demonstrating the militaristic integrity and mighty heroic posture of the militia.
