混凝土的抗碳化能力是衡量地下结构混凝土耐久性的重要指标。本文研究各因素对混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明:显著性排列为:水胶比>掺合料总量>矿粉与粉煤灰的比;水胶比增大,混凝土抗碳化能力变弱;掺合料总量、矿粉与粉煤灰比例增加,混凝土抗碳化能力先升后降,40%掺合料、Sl∶F=4∶1时最佳,56d快速碳化深度小于10mm,耐久年限可达100年以上。
The ability of concrete to resist carbonation is an important index to measure the durability of underground structure concrete. This article studies the impact of various factors on the carbonation resistance of concrete. The results showed that: the ratio of water to binder ratio> the total amount of admixture> the ratio of mineral powder to fly ash; the ratio of water to binder increased, the ability of concrete to resist carbonization became weaker; The proportion of coal ash increased, the ability of concrete to resist carbonization first increased and then decreased. 40% admixture had the best S1: F = 4:1, the rapid carbonation depth of 56 days was less than 10 mm, and the durability of the concrete was over 100 years.
