标准加入法在原子吸收光谱分析中是消除干扰常用的方法之一。所谓常用,并不意味着它已经臻于完善而不再发展。恰恰相反,随着原子吸收光谱分析的应用日益广泛,标准加入法也在不断地发生演变。近几年在标准加入法基础上演变起来的诸如标准追加法,简易标准加入法,以及部分样品消耗标准加入法的报导陆续发表。使国内一些作者对其中某种方法也产生了各自的兴趣。本文试图结合原子吸收光谱分析系统扼要地综述标准加入法及其演变的几种方法。内容包括基本操作,理论依据及应用条件。期望能有助于正确使用,并推 Standard addition method is one of the commonly used methods to eliminate interference in atomic absorption spectroscopy.
