目的:观察中药滋阴养血饮并电针治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效.方法:将80例患者随机均分为两组,治疗组采用滋阴养血饮并电针治疗;对照组采用西药治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率为100.0%;对照组总有效率为67.5%(P＜0.01).结论:此法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效高.,Purpose: To investigate the clinical effect of Yin-reinforcing and Blood-nourishing Drink plus electroacupuncture in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Yin-reinforcing and Blood-nourishing Drink plus electroacupuncture and the control group, with West medicine. Results: The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: This therapy has a better effect on senile skin pruritus.
