在现代焊接生产过程中,越来越多的机器人代替了工人作业,这样既可以保证焊接过程的精度又可以降低企业越来越高的人工成本。而由于机器人本身自由度的限制,必须有焊接变位机与之配合才能更好的完成焊接要求。这样对焊接变位机在定位过程中速度运行的平稳性、位置达到的准确性和通讯系统的抗干扰性提出了更高的要求。基于以上原因,本文设计了一款焊接变位机定位系统,实现了焊接变位机定位过程的稳定、准确和通讯顺畅。
In the modern welding production process, more and more robots replace the workers’ work, which can not only ensure the accuracy of the welding process but also reduce the higher and higher labor cost of the enterprise. Due to the limitation of the robot’s own freedom, it is necessary to cooperate with the welding positioner to better complete the welding requirements. In this way, the position stability of the welding positioner in the positioning process, the accuracy of the position and the anti-interference of the communication system are put forward higher requirements. Based on the above reasons, this article designed a welding positioner positioning system to achieve a stable, accurate positioning of welding positioner and communication smoothly.
