利用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪(EDS)对钢轨断口进行了分析,结果表明钢轨心部材料中的局部非金属夹杂Al_2O_3、SiO_2等导致钢轨疲劳断裂。
The fracture of the rail was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the local non-metallic inclusions such as Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 in the core of the rail cause fatigue fracture.
