现今企业人力资源管理的一个非常重要的方面在于对员工的压力管理。过度、长期的压力会导致员工产生严重的身心疾病。为了预防压力对员工造成的这种毁灭性损害,有效地维护、保持企业的“第一资源”——人力资源,压力管理变得十分重要。本文旨在探索运用音乐治疗中的接受式音乐治疗法来缓解企业员工的心理压力,提高其心理健康水平及心理承受能力。
A very important aspect of human resources management in the enterprise today is the stress management of the employees. Excessive, long-term stress can cause employees to have serious physical and mental illness. In order to prevent such devastating damage caused by stress to employees and effectively maintain and maintain the enterprise’s “first resources” - human resources, stress management becomes very important. This paper aims to explore the use of music therapy in the treatment of accepted music therapy to alleviate the psychological pressure on employees, improve their mental health and psychological endurance.
