无论是在艺术高校教学活动需求的大背景下,还是在教师自身发展的学术之路上,如何长期有效地开展青年教师英语培训都是亟须探讨解决的问题。“校本培训”作为国外和国内教师培训的典范模式,为艺术高校青年教师英语培训打开了一扇大门。文章以中央戏剧学院青年教师英语“院本培训”为例,探讨学院的培训方式、实施的具体方案及已有的培训成效,以期给予艺术高校青年教师培训活动启示,探索出切实有效的策略方案。
Whether in the background of demand for teaching activities in art colleges and universities or in the academic development of teachers themselves, how to carry out long-term and effective English training for young teachers is an urgent problem to be solved. “School-based training ” as a model model for foreign and domestic teacher training, opens the door to English training for young teachers in art colleges and universities. This article takes the example of the college English teacher training in the Central Academy of Drama as an example to discuss the college training methods, the implementation of the specific programs and the effectiveness of the training, with a view to enlighten the young teachers in arts colleges and universities to explore practical and effective Strategic plan.
