目的了解某高校大学生中东呼吸综合征(MERS)认知状况,为进一步开展MERS防制工作提供参考。方法采用学院—专业—年级最优分配分层抽样方法,在杭州市某高校医学和非医学专业中各抽取300名大学生进行问卷调查,内容包括基本信息、MERS核心知识和健康教育情况等,比较不同专业、年级大学生MERS知识知晓率差异。结果共发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷528份,问卷有效率为88.00%。大学生MERS总体知晓率为25.95%,医学专业学生MERS总体知晓率为33.33%,高于非医学专业学生的19.93%(P<0.05);男生MERS总体知晓率为32.67%,高于女生的21.78%(P<0.05)。受大学生欢迎的知识获取途径为网络或电视、学校教育和宣传栏;受大学生欢迎的宣传材料为图画为主的材料(宣传画)和网页版材料包括“文字+图片”“文字+视频”和“动画/演示”3种传播形式。结论杭州市某高校大学生MERS总体知晓率低,应通过有效途径加强MERS防治知识宣传和健康教育。
Objective To understand the cognitive status of MERS in college students and provide reference for further MERS prevention. Methods A total of 300 undergraduates in medical and non-medical majors in a university in Hangzhou were surveyed by using the college-specialty-grade optimal distribution stratified sampling method. The questionnaires included basic information, MERS core knowledge and health education, etc. Differences of MERS knowledge among different majors and juniors. Results A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 528 valid questionnaires were returned. The questionnaire was validated at 88.00%. The overall awareness rate of MERS for college students was 25.95%, that of MERS for medical majors was 33.33%, higher than that of non-medical majors 19.93% (P <0.05). The overall awareness rate of MERS for males was 32.67%, higher than 21.78% (P <0.05). Students who are welcomed by the students are those who have access to the Internet or television, school education and publicity boards. Publicity materials popular with university students are mainly picture-based materials (posters) and webpage materials including “text + pictures” and “characters + Video ”and “ animation / presentation ”3 kinds of communication forms. Conclusion The overall MERS awareness among undergraduates in a university in Hangzhou is low. Knowledge promotion and health education for MERS should be strengthened through effective ways.
