以萝卜品种“洛育201”种子为试材,采用不同浓度(0、5、10、20、30、40mg·L~(-1))的赤霉素(GA3)对萝卜种子及幼苗进行处理,研究了GA3对萝卜种子发芽率及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度GA3可以促进萝卜种子萌发,能够显著提高萝卜幼苗根长、根系活力、株高,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量,可显著降低丙二醛含量。GA3浓度为20mg·L~(-1)时对萝卜种子萌发的促进作用最大,GA3浓度为10mg·L~(-1)时对萝卜幼苗生长的促进作用最大。
The radish seeds and seedlings of radish seedlings and seedlings were treated with different concentrations of GA3 (0, 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 mg · L -1) The effects of GA3 on the germination rate and seedling growth of radish seeds were studied. The results showed that GA3 could promote radish seed germination and significantly increase the root length, root activity, plant height, chlorophyll and soluble protein content of radish seedlings, and could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde. The GA3 concentration of 20 mg · L -1 promoted the seed germination of radish the most, while the GA3 concentration of 10 mg · L -1 promoted the growth of radish seedlings the most.
