目的观察正天丸对偏头痛大鼠的预防作用及对脑组织中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常组(生理盐水)、模型组(生理盐水)、西比灵治疗组(1mg/kg)、正天丸组(16.8mg/kg)。除正常组外,其余各组采用皮下注射硝酸甘油法复制大鼠偏头痛模型。观察其耳红情况、挠头时间等行为学指标后,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组大鼠脑组织中CGRP的含量。结果与正常组比,模型组大鼠出现耳红和连续挠头时间明显延后(P<0.05),CGRP的含量升高(P<0.05);经西比灵和正天丸预防给药后,偏头痛模型大鼠耳红和连续挠头的持续时间缩短,CGRP的含量降低,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正天丸能明显改善大鼠偏头痛发作,可能与调节机体CGRP的释放有关。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of Zhengtian Pill on migraine rats and its effect on calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in brain tissue. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group (saline), model group (saline), xipinling treatment group (1mg / kg) and Zhengtian pill group (16.8mg / kg). In addition to the normal group, the other groups were subcutaneously injected nitroglycerin rat model of migraine. Observed the ear red situation, scratching the head and other behavioral indicators, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the content of CGRP in rat brain tissue. Results Compared with the normal group, the time of ear red and continuous scratching in the model group was significantly delayed (P <0.05) and the content of CGRP increased (P <0.05). After administration of Xibingling and Zhengtian Pills, the partial The duration of ear red and continuous scratching was shortened and the content of CGRP decreased in the headache model rats, which was statistically significant compared with the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Zhengtian pill can significantly improve the onset of migraine in rats, which may be related to the regulation of the release of CGRP in the body.
