第二炮兵是一支高科技部队,人才是支撑导弹腾飞的基石。二炮各级党委历来高度重视人才建设,把干部转业工作作为人才队伍建设的一个重要环节来抓,部队上下形成共识,服务军转干部就是服务人才建设,就是服务部队战斗力。工作中,注重把军转干部利益放在首位,积极争取国家优待安置政策,完善制度机制提升工作质量,千方百计把军转干部推荐好、安置好、服务好。
