企业计划生育部门思想政治工作探索

思想政治工作是党的优良传统,它是保证计划生育部门增强凝聚力、向心力,推动人口和计划生育事业发展的精神动力。近年来,中国有色第六冶金建设公司非常重视计划生育干部队伍建设,提出了一系列加强和改进思想政治工作的要求,取得了很好的成效。但从现状看计划生育干部队伍目前还存在着三个不适应:一是思想观念不适应。面对体制改革和市场竞争,有些干部缺少发展与竞争观念。二是现代化管理知识和技能的不适应。当今世界知识更新周期加快,伴随着我国与国际接轨,新领域层出不穷,计划生育干部普遍感到压力,难以适应新时期对计划生育干部提出的知识和技能方面的要求。三是对人口与计划生育事业建设和发展的新要求不适应。普遍缺乏对人口和计划生育事业发展更高层次的全新认识,开拓进取和勇于创新精神不强,服务意识还很不够。 Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition of the party. It is the spiritual impetus to ensure that the family planning departments enhance their cohesion, solidarity and the development of their population and family planning programs. In recent years, China Nonferrous Sixth Metallurgical Construction Corporation attaches great importance to the construction of family planning cadres, put forward a series of requirements for strengthening and improving ideological and political work, and achieved good results. However, there are still three uncoordinated measures for family planning cadres currently on the status quo: First, they are not suited to the concept of ideology. Faced with structural reforms and market competition, some cadres lacked the concept of development and competition. Second, the modern management of knowledge and skills do not meet. Nowadays, the knowledge update cycle in our world is accelerating. Along with our country being in line with international standards and emerging in new fields, family planning cadres are generally under pressure to meet the requirements of knowledge and skills proposed by family planning cadres in the new era. Third, new requirements for the construction and development of the population and family planning undertakings are not met. There is a general lack of a new understanding of the development of the population and family planning programs at a higher level. We are not pioneering and brave enough to be creative and our service awareness is not enough.
