通过真空袋成型工艺,利用cycom 5320-1材料体系制备了碳纤维/树脂基复合材料T型加筋壁板,并应用激光跟踪仪测量了其固化变形量。针对考虑模具影响和不考虑模具影响两种情况,有限元模拟了该加筋壁板固化过程。结果表明:数值模拟固化变形趋势和实验结果趋势相同,在宽度方向上吻合较好。考虑模具因素比未考虑模具因素的模拟结果更接近真实的变形值,这是由于复合材料在达到树脂凝胶点之前,模具受热挤压模腔导致构件产生永久性的变形造成的。
The carbon fiber / resin-based composite T-stiffened wallboard was prepared by vacuum bag forming process using cycom 5320-1 material system. The curing deformation was measured by laser tracker. In consideration of the influence of the mold and the influence of the mold, the finite element method simulates the curing process of the stiffened siding. The results show that the tendency of numerical simulation of solidification deformation is in agreement with the experimental results, and is consistent in the width direction. Considering the mold factor is closer to the true deformation value than the simulation result without considering the mold factor, which is caused by the permanent deformation of the member caused by the mold being heated and extruded in the mold cavity before reaching the gel point of the resin.
