长期以来,水稻机械化育插秧是杭嘉湖地区粮食机械化种植的薄弱环节。文章总结了近年来桐乡开展水稻机插秧技术试验示范的一些经验做法和当地水稻生产全程机械化发展的优势、潜力,结合桐乡市水稻种植现状,分析了土地集中度不高、发展不平衡、购置和使用成本偏高、技术推广力量不足4个方面制约桐乡水稻机插秧快速发展的因素。提出了加大购置补贴力度、推进土地使用权流转、建立多种经营服务模式、建设村级育秧基地、加强基层人才建设5点快速推进机插秧的建议。对杭嘉湖地区加快推进水稻生产全程机械化具有一定的借鉴意义。
For a long time, planting mechanized rice plantation is the weak link in the cultivation of grain mechanization in Hangjiahu area. This paper summarizes the experiences and the potentials of Tongxiang in carrying out the pilot demonstration of rice transplanting technology in recent years and the advantages and potentials of mechanization development of local rice production.
