绘制了十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)/辛酸/乙醇/水体系的拟三元相图,系统研究了在DBSA为表面活性剂的单相微乳液体系中辛酸和乙醇的酯化反应。分别讨论了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、DBSA及水的质量分数对单相微乳液体系催化酯化反应的影响。结果表明单相微乳液是一个理想的酯化反应体系。在该体系中,当n(辛酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶2,w(DBSA)=5%~10%,w(H2O)≤20%,反应达平衡时,酯化率均可达到80%以上。最后还对不同链长的醇酸在该体系中的酯化反应进行了研究,结果表明此体系同样适用于长链醇酸的酯化反应。
The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of DBSA / octanoic acid / ethanol / water system was drawn and the esterification reaction of octanoic acid and ethanol was systematically studied in the single-phase microemulsion system with DBSA as surfactant. The effects of molar ratio of alkyd, reaction temperature, mass fraction of DBSA and water on the catalytic esterification of single-phase microemulsion were discussed. The results show that the single-phase microemulsion is an ideal esterification reaction system. In this system, the esterification rate can be achieved when n (octoate): n (ethanol) = 1: 2, w (DBSA) = 5% ~ 10% and w (H2O) 80% or more. Finally, esterification of alkyds with different chain lengths in the system was also studied. The results show that the system is also suitable for the esterification of long chain alkyds.
