目的探讨老年人糖尿病低血糖的发生原因、临床特点、治疗及预防。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年3月梧州市妇幼保健院收治的47例老年糖尿病低血糖患者的临床资料。结果本研究中47例患者经积极处理后,43例症状明显好转,意识逐渐恢复,3例血糖虽恢复但仍存在反应迟钝或记忆力减退,1例低血糖昏迷并发多脏器功能衰竭。结论老年人糖尿病在临床治疗中有并发低血糖的可能,临床上应及时诊断及治疗,以避免后遗症或死亡的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes, clinical features, treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 47 elderly patients with hypoglycemia of diabetes were retrospectively analyzed from January 2009 to March 2013 in Wuzhou MCH hospital. Results In the study 47 patients after active treatment, 43 patients improved symptoms, consciousness gradually recovered, although 3 cases of blood glucose recovery but still unresponsive or memory loss, 1 case of hypoglycemic coma with multiple organ failure. Conclusions There is a possibility of diabetes mellitus in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Clinical diagnosis and treatment should be timely to avoid the occurrence of sequelae or death.
