对B-298菌株实验室水平的发酵工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明该菌株最适培养条件为:培养温度28℃,发酵液pH值7.0,摇床转速为200r/min,装液量75mL(250mL三角瓶),该菌株代谢产物可有效抑制意大利青霉、指状青霉及灰葡萄孢等采后病原真菌的发生。
The fermentation conditions of B-298 strain at laboratory level were studied. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were as follows: culture temperature 28 ℃, pH value of fermentation broth 7.0, shaking speed 200r / min, liquid volume 75mL 250mL flask), the strain metabolites can effectively inhibit the occurrence of post-harvest pathogenic fungi such as Penicillium italicana, Penicillium albopictus and Botrytis cinerea.
