杭州市回族穆兴小学创办于1914年,是杭州市上城区一所有着百年历史的普通公办小学。在城市化推进过程中,学校的生源结构发生了明显变化,回族儿童逐步分散在区内各公办小学,流动人口子女逐年增加。学校现有少数民族教师(畲族)1名,少数民族学生9人。少数民族学生减少,并没有削弱学校进行民族教育的信心。为了提高每个孩子的自尊、自信、自强以及对民族文化的包容理解,我们坚持开展民族理解教育的实践研究,推进教育均衡化、多元化。
Hangzhou Muslim Elementary School was founded in 1914, is a city of Hangzhou City, a hundred years of history of ordinary public primary schools. In the course of promoting urbanization, the structure of student sources in schools has undergone significant changes. The Hui children and children are gradually dispersed in various public primary schools in the region, and the number of children of floating population has been increasing year by year. There are 1 ethnic minority teachers (She Nationality) and 9 minority students in the school. The reduction in ethnic minority students did not diminish the confidence of schools in ethnic education. In order to improve each child’s self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and inclusive understanding of national culture, we insist on carrying out practical research on ethnic understanding education to promote balanced and pluralistic education.
