早在本世纪初即已认识,过敏反应的一些症状与致敏机体组织释放组胺有关;随后又陆续发现新的活性介质;至今已知参预变态反应的活性介质有13种之多。这些活性介质不仅参预Ⅰ型变态反应,而且也参预Ⅲ型变态反应的发生发展。最近有人根据活性介质的产生方式分为原发介质与继发介质,凡由免疫反应直接触发一系列反应而产生的称为原发介质;由原发介质诱导产生的称为继发介质。各介质之间还存在着错综复杂的关系,不仅有上述相互依赖关系;又有相互抑制的作用。因而介质影响着变态反应的发生发展,且有反馈调节作用。
As early as the beginning of this century has been recognized that some of the symptoms of allergic reactions and sensitized tissue histamine release related; followed by the discovery of new active medium; so far known to participate in the reaction of allergic reaction medium as many as 13 kinds. These active medias not only participate in the type I allergic reaction, but also participate in the occurrence and development of the type III allergic reaction. Recently, according to the way of production of active medium is divided into primary and secondary media, where the immune response triggered by a series of reactions directly generated as the primary media; induced by the primary media called secondary media. There is also a complex relationship between the media, not only the above interdependence, but also inhibit each other. Thus the media affect the occurrence and development of allergy, and feedback regulation.
