本文通过民营企业组织人际气氛量表探讨民营企业组织人际气氛与员工工作满意度的关系。研究发现员工年龄、学历及婚姻状况对民营企业组织人际气氛知觉存在显著差异。民营企业员工工作满意度在年龄上存在差异,不同学历及婚姻状况的员工在薪酬满意度上差异显著。民营企业组织人际气氛与员工总体工作满意度之间存在显著正相关。民营企业组织人际气氛与员工工作满意度回归显著。
This article discusses the relationship between the interpersonal atmosphere of the private enterprise and the employee’s job satisfaction through the interpersonal atmosphere scale of the private enterprise. The study found that employees’ age, education background and marital status had significant differences in perceived interpersonal atmosphere in private-owned enterprises. Job satisfaction of employees in private enterprises varies in age. Employees with different qualifications and marital status have significant difference in salary satisfaction. There is a significant positive correlation between private organization’s interpersonal atmosphere and employee’s overall job satisfaction. Private enterprise organization interpersonal atmosphere and employee job satisfaction return significant.
