为了研究凋亡抑制基因bcl-2产物在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及其意义,对20例SCC的bcl-2蛋白表达进行了免疫组化检测。结果发现,所有SCC均表达bcl-2蛋白,而肿瘤细胞表达强度分别与表皮表达强度及肿瘤Broder病理分级呈显著正相关(r′s分别为1和0.919,P值均<0.001)。本文结论是bcl-2蛋白与皮肤SCC发生和发展密切相关,且支持皮肤SCC起源于表皮的观点。
In order to study the expression and significance of apoptosis-suppressing gene bcl-2 in skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), the expression of bcl-2 protein in 20 cases of SCC was detected by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that all SCCs expressed bcl-2 protein, but the expression intensity of tumor cells was significantly positively correlated with epidermal expression intensity and Broder pathological grade (r’s were 1 and 0.919, respectively; P values were < 0.001). The conclusion of this paper is that bcl-2 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of skin SCC, and supports the viewpoint that skin SCC originates from the epidermis.
