目的:探索儿童尺桡骨双骨折的微创治疗方法。方法:采用经皮钛弹力钉下行插钉技术及钢板固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折共45例,患者年龄在5~12岁之间,平均8岁,随访3个月。结果:两组固定方法的优良率无明显差别。结论:合理运用微创技术,使用以钛合金为材料的弹性髓内钉固定儿童尺桡骨骨折,可以取得满意的手术效果。
Objective: To explore the minimally invasive treatment of ulna and radius double fractures in children. Methods: 45 cases of ulna and radius fractures were treated with percutaneous titanium elastic nail and screw fixation. The patients were 5 to 12 years old with an average of 8 years old and were followed up for 3 months. Results: There was no significant difference in the rate of fixation between the two groups. Conclusion: The rational use of minimally invasive techniques, the use of titanium alloy as the material of elastic intramedullary nail fixation of ulna and radius fractures in children, can achieve satisfactory surgical results.
