简述了储氢合金作为电池负极材料目前在实验中常用的制备方法,介绍了一种针对电极材料混合不均匀问题而研制的最新专利——储氢电池电极材料混合处理装置。该装置通过对材料进行粉碎并充分干燥,避免了粉状材料相互粘连而导致混合不够均匀的现象,有望提升储氢电池电极材料的品质。同时,采用3Dmax进行三维建模,并使用3D打印机进行装置零部件的打印,从而完成对该专利的设计验证。
In this paper, hydrogen storage alloys are briefly introduced as the common preparation methods for battery negative electrode materials. In this paper, a new kind of hybrid electrode material mixing device for hydrogen storage battery is introduced, which is based on the problem of nonuniform mixing of electrode materials. By smashing and drying the material, the device avoids the phenomena that the powdery materials are not evenly mixed due to the mutual adhesion of the powdery materials, and the quality of the electrode material of the hydrogen storage battery is expected to be improved. At the same time, using 3Dmax 3D modeling, and the use of 3D printers for printing device parts, thus completing the design verification of the patent.
