自1987年1月至1995年3月收治肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(下称PUJO)49例,5例严重肾积水行肾切除,44例(47侧)施行了Anderson—Hynes手术(下称A—H手术),效果满意,报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料男29例,女15例。年龄1~69岁,平均20．8岁,左肾26例,右肾13例,双肾5例(3例双侧手术)。病程3天~3年,平均5．4月。临床症状依次为腰痛、包块、发热、肉眼血尿等。同时伴其他先天性畸形如马蹄肾、孤立肾,伴有合并结石及肝肾囊肿病变等。合并中期妊娠1例。
