随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善,企业规模的不断扩大,内部控制的重要性也日益突出。建立完善的企业内部控制制度,有助于提升企业内部管理水平,提高企业的经营效率和效果,促进实现企业的发展战略。本文主要论述了现阶段我国企业内部控制存在的问题,并针对相应的问题提出合理的建议。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy and the ever-expanding scale of enterprises, the importance of internal control has become increasingly prominent. Establishing and perfecting the internal control system of an enterprise helps to improve the internal management level of the enterprise, enhance the operating efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise, and promote the development strategy of the enterprise. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in the internal control of the enterprises in our country at this stage and puts forward some reasonable suggestions according to the corresponding problems.
