子痫前期（又称先兆子痫）指的是孕妇在孕前的血压正常,而妊娠20周后表现出高血压和蛋白尿等症状,是妊娠期的一种特发病,对孕妇及胎儿产生不利影响,发病率约占全部妊娠者的1/3。
