在对10名优秀竞走运动员和10名普通大学生进行的逐级递增负荷运动试验中,运用超声心动图测定了心脏泵血功能和反映心肌血液供应的指标──心室局部壁运动,并进行了定量分析,以探讨心室局部壁运动与心脏泵血功能的关系。结果发现:1)大学生组心室局部壁运动与心泵血功能随运动强度的增加呈现先上升后下降现象;2)耐力运动员组心泵血功能和心室局部壁运动随运动强度的增加呈线性增加的趋势;3)在一定范围内,运动可引起心空局部壁运动增强,心泵血功能增加,说明运动对人体的心脏是有益的,耐力训练可提高心肌运动时血液供应能力。
