绿色小区就是节能、环保、健康舒适、讲求效率的建筑。随着我国国民经济的不断发展,住宅建设逐步走向商品化的轨道,人们对居住环境的要求会越来越高。要求我们的环境营建融于自然、具有精神文化灵魂的居住环境。绿色建筑是在建筑与环境相互协调的基础上,以自然生态系统良性循环为基本原则,结合考虑生态环境、建筑法则和适宜的技术等多种因素进行设计的。
Green district is energy saving, environmental protection, health and comfort, stress-efficient building. With the constant development of our national economy and the housing construction gradually moving towards commercialization, people’s living environment requirements will be higher and higher. It requires our environment to build a living environment that integrates nature with spiritual culture and soul. Green building is based on the mutual coordination of architecture and environment, taking the virtuous circle of natural ecosystem as the basic principle and combining with various factors such as ecological environment, construction law and appropriate technology.
