本文提出了一种基于计算机视觉的烧结矿FeO含量的在线检测方法,该方法的主要思想是用CCD摄象机对烧结机尾断面图象进行实时采集,再利用图象处理技术进行实时分析和识别,得出烧结矿的FeO含量。试验结果表明。计算机视觉识别与烧结看火工的经验的结果相比,Feo含量符合率达到98.40%。利用本文介绍的方法,不但可以检测烧结矿FeO的含量,而且还可以检测混合料水分的大小、布料的均匀度、过烧及欠烧。
In this paper, an on-line detection method for FeO content of sinter based on computer vision is proposed.
