近年来,电子商务之所以保持快速发展的势头,正是由于其成熟且不断创新的商业模式更好地满足了人们网络购物的需求。中国电子商务研究中心公布的《2010~2011年度全球电子商务研究报告》显示,2010年,我国电子商务交易额达到4.5万亿元,网上零售市场交易规模达到5131亿元。截至2011年6月底,我国网络购物用户规模达到1.73亿;C2C市场格局基本稳定,交易规模持续平稳增长;B2C市场发展势头良好。与其他互联网应用相比,电子商务商业模式具有显著的特点。随着移动互联网的发展,差异化、规模化、平台开放、社交化和客户导向成为电子商务商业模式的创新方向。在电子商务大潮中,电信运营商可以通过多种方式进入电子商务领域。
In recent years, the reason why e-commerce maintains rapid development is precisely because its mature and innovative business model better meets people’s online shopping needs. The 2010-2011 Global E-commerce Research Report released by the China Electronic Commerce Research Center shows that in 2010, China’s e-commerce transaction volume reached 4.5 trillion yuan, and the online retail market transaction volume reached 513.1 billion yuan. As of the end of June 2011, the number of online shopping users in China reached 173 million; the C2C market pattern was basically stable, and the transaction scale continued to grow steadily; the B2C market enjoyed a good momentum of development. Compared with other Internet applications, the e-commerce business model has significant features. With the development of mobile internet, differentiation, scale, open platform, socialization and customer orientation have become the innovation direction of e-commerce business model. In the tide of e-commerce, telecom operators can enter the e-commerce field in a variety of ways.
