目的:观察采用改进的大鼠左心室插管术制作心气虚证大鼠模型的可行性。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成2组,空白对照组和模型组。采用控食、负重强迫游泳及大剂量普萘洛尔等复合因素建立SD大鼠心气虚证模型,RM6240BD多道生物信号采集处理系统检测心功能相关指标。结果:①经改进大鼠左心室插管术,成功率明显提高。②与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠最大心室内压、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、平均心室内压、心率(HR)等指标均降低(P<0.01),左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtma)x、左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtma)x及t-dp/dtmax均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大鼠左心室插管术的改进方法成功率提高,心气虚证模型大鼠心功能指标改变明显。
Objective: To observe the feasibility of using the improved rat left ventricular catheterization in the rat model of heart qi deficiency. Methods: Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: blank control group and model group. Cardiac Qi deficiency syndrome model of SD rats was established by the combination of controlled feeding, force-forcing swimming, and high-dose propranolol. Multi-channel biological signal acquisition and processing system of RM6240BD was used to detect cardiac function related indexes. Results: ① After the improvement of left ventricular catheterization in rats, the success rate was significantly improved. Compared with the blank control group, the maximal ventricular pressure, left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), mean ventricular pressure, heart rate (HR) and other indexes in the model group decreased significantly (P <0.01) (+ dp / dtma) x, and the maximal rate of decrease of left ventricular pressure (-dp / dtma) x and t-dp / dtmax were all significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The success rate of improvement of left ventricular catheterization in rats is improved. The cardiac function indexes of heart-Qi deficiency syndrome model rats are obviously changed.
