目的观察曲张下肢静脉管壁超微结构的改变,探讨超微结构改变和静脉曲张发病的关系。方法收集不同年龄的曲张下肢静脉标本,制备超薄切片在电镜下进行超微结构观察。结果内膜内皮细胞表面微绒毛增多,线粒体空化。内皮细胞与下方的胶原组织之间的间隙增宽,局部可见内皮细胞脱落。中膜平滑肌细胞排列紊乱,并向内膜下进行迁移,胞质内肌丝少,粗面内质网扩张明显。外膜细胞成分少,胶原原纤维增生明显。结论曲张静脉管壁三层结构的超微结构改变影响了静脉壁的弹性,与静脉曲张的发病有一定关系。
Objective To observe the changes of the ultrastructure of varicose veins and the relationship between the ultrastructural changes and the incidence of varicose veins. Methods The venous specimens of varicose veins of different ages were collected and ultrathin sections were prepared for ultrastructural observation under electron microscope. Results Intimal endothelial cell surface microvilli increased mitochondrial cavitation. The gap between the endothelial cells and the underlying collagen tissue is widened, and endothelial cells are partially shed. Mesothelium smooth muscle cells arranged in disorder, and migrate to the intima, less intramyocardial filaments, rough endoplasmic reticulum dilated significantly. Adventitial cell components, collagen fibroblasts significantly. Conclusion The ultrastructural changes of the three-layer structure of the varicose vein affect the elasticity of the vein wall, which is related to the incidence of varicose veins.
