本课题是国家“七五”科技攻关项目“薄板成形性能研究”中的子课题之一,其目的在于研究冷轧薄板生产过程和冲压过程中微观特征及其变化过程,找出影响成形性能的主要因素,为改进冷轧薄板的生产工艺,提高冷轧薄板的成形性能提供理论依据。 课题完成了成分、晶粒度、夹杂对成形性能的影响研究。对08A1、WP22、SPCEa的成分、晶粒度和夹杂物的尺寸、数量和分布对形成性的影响进行了系统的分析和研究,提出了对深冲钢08A1冶炼的成分最佳控制范围。完成了冷轧压下率、退火工艺对厂值和织构影响的研究。通过对08A1、WP22热轧板进行50%~84%压下率的冷轧实验和多种不同退火制度进行再结晶退火,得到了最佳冷轧和退火卫艺制度。完成了复杂应变路径下极限应变的变化和机理研究,通过对夹杂物、成形极限曲线、织构的分析,提出了复杂路
