目的观察服用莫达非尼对人体基础+Gz耐力、科里奥利加速度耐力的影响,为飞行人员合理用药提供有关试验依据。方法7名健康青年男性志愿者为受试者,试验分两批:①受试者于8∶00~9∶00交叉服用莫达非尼和安慰剂200mg(相隔1周)后1h进行基础+Gz耐力测定,并在+Gz暴露前后测定受试者的血压和脉搏;②受试者于8∶00~9∶00交叉服用莫达非尼和安慰剂200mg(相隔1周)后1h进行科里奥利加速度耐力的检测。结果服用莫达非尼与安慰剂后1h,两组的基础+Gz耐力分别为3.86±0.24和3.79±0.27、科里奥利加速度耐力分别为25.57±11.67和30.56±10.25,莫达非尼与安慰剂间的观测指标均无明显差异。结论服用莫达非尼200mg起效后对人体基础+G耐力和抗运动病能力均无明显不良影响。
Objective To observe the effect of Modafinil on human base + Gz endurance and Coriolis acceleration endurance, and to provide experimental basis for rational use of pilots. Methods Seven healthy young male volunteers were included in the study. The trial consisted of two batches: (1) Subjects were given 1 h after crossover with modafinil and 200 mg placebo (1 week apart) between 8:00 and 9:00. Gz endurance test and measured blood pressure and pulse before and after + Gz exposure. Subjects were crossed 1 hour after modalfenib and placebo at 8:00 to 9:00 (1 week apart) Rioli acceleration endurance test. Results After 1 week of modafinil and placebo, the basal + Gz endurance of the two groups were 3.86 ± 0.24 and 3.79 ± 0.27, respectively. Coriolis acceleration endurance was 25.57 ± 11.67 and 30.56 ± 10.25, There was no significant difference between the placebo and the placebo. Conclusion After taking modafinil 200mg, there was no significant adverse effect on the basis of G + endurance and anti-motion sickness of human body.
