市场经济的发展,对中等职业技术人才提出了更加严格的要求,各职业学校为了适应这一形势,相继提出了“择优推荐就业的人才安置战略”,这种思路很明确的一点就是让最优秀的学生优先推荐到最好的用人单位就业,以此吸引更多的学生朝这个目标去努力,事实上这种就业机制在许多学校的人才培养和就业安置中确实起到了很好的促进作用。那么我们如何看待“择优推荐就业”中的优呢?可以从学校和用人单位两个方面来看。优秀学生往往有以下几个方面的品质:(1)思想素质、行为表现好;(2)
