散发性脑炎较为常见，而颈动脉造影显示一新月形无血管区征象，酷似硬脑膜下血肿者极为少见，现将我院所遇3例报告如下：3例均行腰穿CSF压力2.2～2.8kPa，蛋白0.4～0.8g/L。3例行脑电图检查均显示各导联弥漫性慢波以背景，1例左额颞顶部持续性不规则慢波伴痛波发放，1例慢波以左额颞部为著，1例慢波以右额顶部为著。脑超声示脑中线波移位0.3～0.5cm。3例行颈动脉造影均显示颞顶部新月形无血管区征象，长约13～16cm，厚约0.5～0.8cm。

Brain ultrasound showed brain wave shift 0.3 ~ 0.5cm. 3 routine carotid angiography showed temporal top crescentic vasculitus signs, about 13 ~ 16cm, thickness of about 0.5 ~ 0.8cm.
