特殊教育课程改革以来,各地普遍重视特殊教育教师专业发展的问题,并且聘请知名专家举办形式多样的教师培训活动。但教师专业发展具有很强的主体性色彩,在专家引领的同时需要激发教师自我发展的主动性和自觉性,才能真正实现教师的专业发展。笔者认为,在引入专家培训、促进教师发展时应注意培训方式及内容的设计,做到理论与实践的结合,提高培训的有效性;专家的引领并不能解决所有问题,教师必须对专家的理论结合自己的实践进行独立思考;教师在实施教学活动之后应该进行反思,以达到教学创新预期。
Since the special education curriculum reform, the special emphasis has been put on the professional development of special education teachers throughout the country, and famous experts have been hired to organize a variety of teacher training activities. However, the professional development of teachers has a strong subjective color. When the experts lead the students, they need to stimulate the initiative and consciousness of teachers in their own development so as to truly realize the professional development of teachers. The author believes that the introduction of expert training to promote the development of teachers should pay attention to the design of training methods and content, to achieve the combination of theory and practice, improve the effectiveness of training; expert guidance does not solve all problems, teachers must expert theory In light of their own practice, to think independently; teachers should conduct reflection after implementing the teaching activities so as to achieve the expectation of teaching innovation.
