过去各校对教师批改作文的要求是每篇都要“精批细改”和“满纸见红”,并把它当作衡量语文教师工作态度的标准,这种作法的工作量大,学生也得不到多大益处,学生拿到作文本后,所关心的只是“分数”,有的连评语都不看,更谈不上看批改的内容了,这就无从领会教师字斟句酌的良苦用心。这种批改方法可以说是“无效劳动”和“得不偿失”。怎样才能做到既能减轻教师的繁重工作量又能使学生得到较大的效益呢?根据实践经验的体会,我认为发动学生批改是个较好的办法。
In the past, each school’s requirement for teachers to revise essay writing was to “finely review and refine” and “full of paper to see red” in each article, and to use it as a measure of the attitude of language teachers. This practice has a heavy workload. There is no great benefit. After the students get the text, they are only concerned with the “score.” Some do not even look at the comments, let alone see the contents of the correction. This makes it impossible for them to understand the words and deeds of the teacher. . This kind of marking method can be said to be “invalid labor” and “not worth the candle.” How can we not only reduce the heavy workload of teachers but also enable students to obtain greater benefits? Based on experience in practical experience, I believe that launching student marking is a better approach.
