本文介绍140Mb/s数字彩色电视光纤传输系统中的光发射机。分析了半导体激光器在高速调制时的瞬变响应,叙述了高速驱动、偏置控制和反馈稳定电路。一年多来的实验表明该发射机性能良好。
This article describes the 140Mb / s digital color television optical transmission system optical transmitter. The transient response of the semiconductor laser at high speed is analyzed. High speed driving, bias control and feedback stabilization circuit are described. More than a year of experiments show that the transmitter performance is good.
