[目的]观察丹参煎剂对高脂血症动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂的影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50只SD大鼠用随机数字表法随机分为空白对照组、AS模型组、丹参煎剂(低、中、高)剂量组,每组10只。采取高脂联合腹主动脉内膜机械性损伤方法连续4周复制动脉粥样硬化模型。第5周开始用传统方法将丹参制成0.2g/mL、0.4g/mL、0.8g/mL煎剂进行灌胃干预。第10周检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇。[结果]甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量AS模型组均显著升高(P<0.01);与AS模型组比较,丹参煎剂低、中、高剂量组均明显降低(P<0.01)。[结论]丹参煎剂低、中、高剂量均可降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型的甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Danshen decoction on blood lipids in hyperlipidemic atherosclerotic rats. [Methods] Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, AS model group and Danshen decoction (low, medium and high) dose groups, with 10 rats in each group. Atherosclerosis model was duplicated for 4 weeks by the method of high-fat combined with mechanical injury of abdominal aorta. Week 5 started by traditional methods Salvia made 0.2g / mL, 0.4g / mL, 0.8g / mL decoction for intragastric intervention. Week 10 triglycerides, total cholesterol. [Results] The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in AS model group were significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with AS model group, Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction group in low, medium and high dose groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Danshen decoction can reduce the content of triglyceride and total cholesterol in atherosclerotic rat model by low, middle and high dosage.
