以三七种子为试验材料,研究了不同水分条件对三七种子后熟及萌发过程中种子含水量、活力和抗氧化酶等生理指标的影响。结果表明,与2.5%含水量沙埋层积处理相比,5%含水量沙埋层积处理下三七种子含水量稳定,种子活力比其高51%,抗氧化酶(SOD,POD,CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化较小,粗脂肪和可溶性总糖含量显著降低。随PEG 6000处理浓度的升高,三七种子的萌发特性指标均显著降低;抗氧化酶活性先升高后降低,丙二醛含量,水溶性蛋白和总糖含量显著增加;萌发特性指标与渗透物质含量均呈极显著正相关(r>0.900,P<0.01),与丙二醛含量呈极显著负相关(r>0.900,P<0.01)。综上所述,三七种子因具有脱水不耐受特性,最佳沙埋含水量为5%,成熟后萌发过程最大PEG 6000耐受浓度为15%。
In this study, the effects of different water conditions on the physiological indices of seed moisture content, vigor and antioxidant enzymes in Panax notoginseng during ripening and germination were studied. The results showed that the water content of seedlings of Panax notoginseng was stable and its seed vigor was 51% higher than that of sand buried layer with 2.5% moisture content. The activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT ) Activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of small changes, crude fat and soluble total sugar content decreased significantly. With the increase of PEG 6000 concentration, the germination characteristics of Panax notoginseng seeds decreased significantly. The activities of antioxidant enzymes increased at first and then decreased, while those of malondialdehyde, water-soluble protein and total sugar increased significantly. (R> 0.900, P <0.01), and had a significant negative correlation with the content of malondialdehyde (r> 0.900, P <0.01). In summary, notoginseng seeds due to dehydration intolerance characteristics, the best sand buried moisture content of 5%, the maximum PEG 6000 germination process after the maturity concentration of 15%.
