目的了解某企业金属铟生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在粉尘、铅、砷、镉、铟、盐酸、砷化氢、硫酸、一氧化碳、磷酸二异辛酯、氢氧化钠、煤油、噪声、高温等职业危害因素。其中置换岗位砷化氢存在超标现象。结论关键控制点在置换岗位和浸出岗位,重点防止砷化氢中毒。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in the metal indium production line in a certain enterprise and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The occupational hygiene survey and workplace occupational hazards were used to make a comprehensive assessment. Results The main production lines in this production line were occupational hazards such as dust, lead, arsenic, cadmium, indium, hydrochloric acid, arsine, sulfuric acid, carbon monoxide, dioctyl phosphate, sodium hydroxide, kerosene, noise and high temperature. Among them, replacement of arsenic in the post has exceeded the standard. Conclusions The key control points are replacement positions and leaching positions, with emphasis on preventing arsine poisoning.
