社区是基层服务型党组织建设的一个重要阵地。当前社区服务型党组织建设存在服务主体看似主动实际被动、服务对象看似广泛实际狭窄、服务活动看似丰富实际片面、服务满意度看似高实际偏低等突出问题,主要原因有认识偏差、能力弱化、机制障碍等。加强社区服务型党组织建设要深化服务思想,畅通服务渠道,提升服务能力,强化服务保障。
