语言管理理论(Language Management Theory)是由Jernudd、Neustupny、Nekvapil等学者提出并逐步发展起来的新型语言规划理论,旨在分析语言问题并提供解决方案。语言管理理论将语言管理分为简单管理和组织性管理,这两种管理出现在不同的层面。简单管理仅对个人交际行为中出现的问题进行管理,组织性管理则是基于个人交际之上,涉及多个交际情境,往往由相关机构参与的语言管理。语言管理理论认为语言管理是一个过程,包括偏离规范、注意、评价、选择调整方案和实施调整方案等不同阶段。语言管理理论不仅进行语言管理,而且涉及与语言相关的交际管理和社会经济管理。此外,语言管理理论具有理论整合潜能,可以与许多语言理论进行对话和整合。
Language Management Theory is a new theory of language planning put forward and developed gradually by scholars such as Jernudd, Neustupny and Nekvapil to analyze language problems and provide solutions. Language management theory divides language management into simple management and organization management, and these two kinds of management appear on different levels. Simple management manages only those problems that arise in personal communication. Organizational management is based on personal communication and involves multiple communicative situations, often involving language management by the relevant agencies. Language management theory that language management is a process, including deviation from the norms, attention, evaluation, selection and adjustment programs to implement the adjustment program at different stages. Language management theory not only for language management, but also related to language-related communication management and socio-economic management. In addition, language management theory has theoretical integration potential and can be used with many language theories to dialogue and integration.
