高级抄袭最典型或者说最具知名度的案件是2006年5月北京市高级人民法院终审审结的《梦里花落知多少》抄袭《圈里圈外》著作权案目前,“抄袭”一词成为影视圈的新热词,其传播与流行的程度与影视剧的热播基本同步,如影随形。是时候该为这个“抄袭”正名了。抄袭之析:抄=窃抄袭,在《辞海》中的释义为:把别人的文章、作品私自照抄作为自己的去发表;照搬别人的思想、方法、经验等。
