目的了解北京天坛医院医疗保险住院患者灯盏细辛注射液用药情况,进一步加强对该院中药注射剂的规范化管理和医疗保险费用管理。方法随机抽取2004年该院200份使用灯盏细辛注射剂的医保住院患者病历,填写北京市医疗保险住院患者“灯盏”注射剂用药情况调查原始数据表,对采集的数据进行病人基本信息、用药情况等方面的统计分析。结果被调查医保住院患者灯盏细辛注射液平均剂量176.9±20.5mg,平均疗程11.8±6.3d,(1～31)天;给药次数均为1次/日;给药途径均为静脉滴注;86.5%用于脑梗死患者,2.0%用于冠心病心绞痛患者,主要用于老年患者,人均合并使用药物5.9种;不良事件发生率为2.0%。结论该院灯盏细辛注射液用药适应症与说明书符合率较高,给药剂量均在说明书范围内,用药疗程有待进一步规范。
Objective To understand the use of Dengzhanxin injection for inpatients with medical insurance in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, and further strengthen the standardized management and medical insurance cost management of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the hospital. METHODS: The medical records of 200 inpatients who used Dengzhanxin injection in the hospital in 2004 were randomly selected, and the original data sheet for investigating the conditions of Beijing medical insurance hospitalized patients “lamps” injection was filled out, and the patient’s basic information and medication were collected for the collected data. [Conclusion] The indications for the use of Dengzhan Asarum Injection in this hospital are in accordance with the instructions, and the doses are all within the scope of the instructions. The medication course needs to be further regulated.
