本文报告郑州市两个村庄的环境与人体健康调查及卫生学评价。农田灌溉在张化庄用污水,东周村用清水。结果表明,污水灌溉区(SIA)的稻田水呈腥臭味,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮的含量分别是清水灌溉区(CIA)稻田水的22.4、5.9、3.3倍;原污水的化学需氧量(COD)和5日生化需氧量(BOD5)高于污灌区稻田水;污水灌区稻田水的COD和BOD5高于清灌区稻田水;污灌区稻田水中的总大肠菌群和寄生虫污染高干清灌区稻田水;污灌区调查人群的HBsAg、蛔虫卵及肺结核感染率高于清灌区调查人群。
