目的:通过实证研究验证程序公平对临床医生组织公民行为的影响。方法:采用方便抽样的方法对深圳龙华新区某二级公立医院的380名临床医生进行问卷调查。结果:数据表明临床医生感知的程序公平与组织公民行为的得分并不高,在控制了人口统计学变量后,程序公平与组织公民行为呈现正相关关系。结论:医院的管理者可以提高工作决策制定与执行过程的公平性来促进临床医生产生更多的组织公民行为。
Objective: To verify the impact of procedural fairness on organizational citizenship behavior of clinicians through empirical research. Methods: A total of 380 clinicians from a second-class public hospital in Longhua New District of Shenzhen were surveyed by means of convenient sampling. RESULTS: The data showed that the scores of procedural fairness and organizational citizenship perceived by clinicians were not high. After controlling the demographic variables, there was a positive correlation between procedural fairness and OCB. Conclusions: Hospital managers can improve the fairness of decision-making and implementation of work decisions to promote clinicians to generate more organizational citizenship behaviors.
